Terms of Service

In force from 16 October 2026

1. Who we are

Soulfate (the “Service”), at soulfate.app, is run by Paweł Czarniecki Web Development, ul. Konwaliowa 18D/60, 81-651 Gdynia, Poland, VAT ID PL5862345478 (“we”, “us”). You can reach us at [email protected]. These terms are the agreement between you and us for using the Service. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy.

2. What the Service is — and is not

  • Every guide in the Service is a character voiced by artificial intelligence. Everything they write — conversations, horoscopes, chart readings, tarot, numerology — is generated by AI models from what you tell us and from astronomical data. No human astrologer writes or reviews it.
  • Astrology, tarot and numerology are not sciences. The Service is for reflection and entertainment. It is not medical, psychological, legal, financial or any other professional advice, and nothing in it predicts events. Don't make important decisions based on it.
  • AI output can be wrong, inconsistent or unexpected. You use it at your own judgement.
  • The Service is not a crisis or emergency service. If you are in danger or thinking about harming yourself, contact your local emergency number or a crisis line. When a message suggests a crisis, the guide stops the reading and shows help lines instead.

3. Who may use it

You must be 18 or older. You need an email address, a current web browser with JavaScript and cookies enabled, and an internet connection. One person, one account; keep your password to yourself. You're responsible for what happens under your account.

4. Your account

You can sign up with an email and password or with Google. We may ask you to confirm your email address; some features, including purchases, need a confirmed address. You can delete your account at any time from your profile — see the Privacy Policy for what that removes and what the law requires us to keep.

You can also start as a guest — no email or password, once you accept these terms. A guest gets a one-off number of trial wishes (no daily allowance); some features — among them the book, the numbers comparison, tarot history, purchases and notifications — need an account. A guest account lives only in that browser: signing out, or 7 days without a visit, deletes it with everything in it. Making an account (email and password, or Google) keeps the conversation and everything else.

5. Wishes and plans

  • Everything in the app is paid for in wishes — chat replies too. The price of each feature in wishes is shown in the app before you use it; for paid readings the app asks you to confirm.
  • Every plan includes an allowance of wishes: on the free plan it renews every day, on paid plans it covers the whole month. Unused allowance does not carry over. Some features have a daily limit on a given plan (for example one page of the book a day on the free plan), however many wishes you have.
  • Wish packs are one-off purchases, and welcome wishes and other gifted wishes are a gift. These don't expire and are spent only after your allowance.
  • Subscriptions raise your wish allowance for as long as they run. They buy capacity, not wishes: what you don't use in a period expires.
  • Wishes have no cash value, can't be exchanged for money and can't be transferred to another account.
  • If generating something you paid for fails, the wishes are returned automatically.

6. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the app, in your currency, before you buy. Payments are processed by Stripe through Link, which acts as the reseller (merchant of record) for your purchase: it charges you, collects any sales tax or VAT, and sends your receipt and invoice. Link's own terms apply to the payment itself. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled.

7. Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel at any time from the Wishes page in the app or from your Link account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you've already paid for; you keep the higher allowance until then. We don't refund partial periods, except where the law requires it.

8. Your right of withdrawal

If you're a consumer in the EU or UK you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital content supplied immediately, that right ends once supply begins — and only if, before paying, you expressly asked for immediate supply and acknowledged losing the right. We ask for both at checkout, and confirm them by email. Wishes are delivered to your account the moment payment clears, so after that point the purchase can't be withdrawn. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under the law of your country of residence.

9. Complaints

If something doesn't work as described, email [email protected] with your account email and what went wrong. We answer within 14 days. Payment disputes (charges, refunds) can also be raised with Link support.

10. Fair use

Don't:

  • use the Service to harm, harass or deceive anyone, or to break the law;
  • try to get around wish prices, limits or protections — including automated access, scraping, or reaching features in ways the app doesn't offer;
  • attempt to extract the underlying prompts, models or other people's data;
  • resell the Service or share an account.

We may limit, suspend or close an account that breaks these rules, telling you why unless that would help the abuse continue. Purchased wishes on an account closed for abuse are not refunded, except where the law requires it.

11. Content

What you write stays yours. You let us process it to run the Service for you, as the Privacy Policy describes. The readings generated for you are yours to keep and share for personal, non-commercial use. The app, its design, the guide characters and all our texts and artwork belong to us.

12. Availability and liability

We work to keep the Service running, but it may be interrupted for maintenance or by failures of the providers it depends on. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions you make based on AI output, or for indirect losses. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law, including for harm caused intentionally or by gross negligence, or your statutory consumer rights.

13. Changes

We may change these terms — for example when the Service or the law changes. We'll tell you in advance by email or in the app, and ask you to accept the new version the next time you sign in. If you don't agree, you can delete your account; wishes you bought stay usable until then.

14. Law

These terms are governed by Polish law. If you're a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in the courts there.
